Meet Jackie

 I am passionate about helping people create and live their best life. I believe everyone can experience their best life when they have support and a clear direction. I love helping people reconnect, or uncover, their life’s passions
through exploring past experiences and identifying what brings them joy and purpose. I work with people who: feel misunderstood, feel unsupported, feel lost, and feel overwhelmed by life. I work in collaboration with my clients, creating a safe space, towards their desired goals. I utilize interventions meditation, self-regulation and positive thinking.

 

I approach therapy through a strengths-based perspective and meet each client where they are. I empower clients to acknowledge the power that they already possess in their own life. Clients practice skills to care for themselves beyond standard coping skills and nurture the most authentic parts of themselves.

My style is interpersonal, direct, honest, and, genuine. I provide specific examples and analogies that invite clients to entertain a perspective that is different from
their own. I exemplify strengths and refute character flaws from becoming global meanings that block growth and progress in life.
